Fairing Partners Ltd ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal data we collect through fairingpartners.com and our work with clients. We're registered in England and Wales, company number 17400221, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ. 1. Information We Collect
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, company and anything you include in your message. If you work with us, we also keep your business contact details and our correspondence. If you sign up for new notes by email, we collect your email address.
Our website host processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site securely. Our analytics don't collect personal data.
2. How we use it and why
We use your data to reply to enquiries, deliver our services and manage our client relationships. We rely on our legitimate interests to do this.
We keep invoices and business records because the law requires it.
We only send you new notes by email if you've asked for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers for website hosting, forms and email. They process data only on our instructions. We don't sell your data.
Some of these providers store data outside the UK. When they do, we make sure it's protected by UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to two years. We keep financial records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as HMRC requires, and client records for six years after an engagement ends.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable format and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email hello@fairingpartners.com.
